hello..how has everybody been?

yes it's time I updated this again.. so what's new..?

- I have pendants...YAY - apple, dove, birdie-b and teapot

- I have new earrings designs - stars, elephants, houses and trees (not yet available online but contact me if interested)

- I have a 2 new stockists - Kids in Berlin (North Melb), Sherman and Betty (Katoomba NSW)

I'm about to head off on an awesome overseas trip, so alack I will be out of action all of December. I know terrible timing in the lead up to Christmas, but this just means you all have to get organised and if you plan on stuffing stockings with my little goodies, get your orders in now..

I'll be doing 2 more melb markets before heading off -

hello again

so ok, I'm an incredibily unreliable blogger, however please forgive me because it has been a quite hectic month or two.

There have been more markets, new suppliers, new designs and necklaces added to the range, a wedding, birthdays, melbourne visitors as well as a recent acquisition of a soldering torch...which will open up the world to a whole new range of possibilities!

With the dark cloud that is my thesis now looming even closer, probably not the time to 'expand' however, i just couldn't resist..i'm a productive procrastinator at least!

With Threadden and Blackbird markets booked in for the next few months, I'm going to have to get organised

Servery and Spoon

my new fav local cafe Servery and Spoon doubles also as my new fav shop - the lovely Elaine has been happy to stick a few of my earrings in store

I'm totally digging the ThreadDen classes and am itchy for a free bit of time to got whip up so uber cool 1960's Shorty Pjs (and a matching pair of bloomers!)

debut...

so my market debut at the North Melbourne Markets went pretty smoothly (and of course I came away with some goodies of my own..i LOVE $10 dresses - even if

winter has hit with brutal force!)

Can't wait to get into some more market action, so I will keep you posted.

In other news, all my earrings are now up for sale on my online store, so have a peek, tell your friends and let me know what you think. I will be adding up some more rings as well, once I get my desk a little more organised (it's currently covered in earrings!)

let's get productive in here...

With 34 pairs of earrings finished off tonight I am quite happy with my efforts - now only about the same number of rings left to polish and I might just be set for next sunday...woohoo! Man my finger are sore though and in need of a good scrub - off to clean myself up and head to bed

Market time...

Ok so it's been ages since I was last in contact, but I've been a busy little bee getting everything for my first market stall in a fortnight - North Melbourne ThreadDen markets - April 11 10-2pm. Check out my display that I've been working on..without coming across too boastful - it's AWESOME! It's not quite finished but you get the idea...

it's picnic time!

I've got a heap of earrings on their way and another 3 designs should be ready tomorrow (fingers crossed) so I think that makes 15 designs all up...with many more to come..i think my next will be cupcakes!

I wasn't exaggerating when I said I had many more pieces in the works. I still have to attach the surgical steel posts, but the earrings otherwise are finished! After a night of filing and polishing - i have 10 pairs of silver earrings, some oddly filed fingernails and slight burn marks from getting a bit over zealous with my dremel polishing. But all in all a productive night!

Another set of waxes are ready to get cast tomorrow - so another 4 designs will be added to the repertoire very soon...but right now, it's bedtime xxx
