Market time...

Ok so it's been ages since I was last in contact, but I've been a busy little bee getting everything for my first market stall in a fortnight - North Melbourne ThreadDen markets - April 11 10-2pm. Check out my display that I've been working on..without coming across too boastful - it's AWESOME! It's not quite finished but you get the idea...

I've got a heap of earrings on their way and another 3 designs should be ready tomorrow (fingers crossed) so I think that makes 15 designs all up...with many more to come..i think my next will be cupcakes!

I wasn't exaggerating when I said I had many more pieces in the works. I still have to attach the surgical steel posts, but the earrings otherwise are finished! After a night of filing and polishing - i have 10 pairs of silver earrings, some oddly filed fingernails and slight burn marks from getting a bit over zealous with my dremel polishing. But all in all a productive night!

Another set of waxes are ready to get cast tomorrow - so another 4 designs will be added to the repertoire very soon...but right now, it's bedtime xxx

I just finished about 10 new earrings designs today - new photos coming the next day or 2...heads up they are very cool!

and we are off...

this has been a very exciting week for me - finalising my logo and finally getting onto the world wide web with my (evolving) website.

hands down highlight has been the sale of my first 2 rings, in my favourite shop that has been kind enough to take on my pieces... thanks Bec! Little Shop of Handmade - highly recommend if you are on the hunt for cool presents - everything is under $50.

so keep in touch - updates will come thick and fast as I am working on so many new designs.. think cute, quirky and totally interchangable earring pairs and matching rings.
